The project maintainer is Darren Schreiber. You are welcome to email questions, comments or suggestions at any time.

Developers interested in using or joining the TCAPI project are especially encouraged to email.

You can get real-time help in the #tcapi channel on irc.freenode.org. You can use any IRC client, such as IceChat, to connect to IRC.

If you haven't used IRC before, make sure to read up on proper IRC etiquette. There is also a more extensive FAQ on Freenode.
